The Maryland Heights Community Center located 2300 McKelvey Road Maryland Heights, MO features one of the best gymnasiums in St. Louis. This state-of-art facility is one the best places to play!

If you like playing tennis and being social then this league is for you! Play a combination of singles and doubles any given week - up to you and your team! - and the overall winner is based on the team who wins the most sets.

Scoring:
Team tennis scores 1-2-3-4=Game. There is no ad/deuce scoring. At 3-3, the receiver of the serve chooses which side they wish to receive the serve and that point ends the game. Sets are won to 6 games and can end 6-5.
Timing:
League play is 90 minutes and we play 2 sets of coed doubles, 2 sets of singles and 1 set each of mens/womens doubles.

Skill level:
This program is from recreational to about a 5.0. If you are higher than a 5.0, the games might be boring to you but the socializing aspect could be good.
-Hacker <2.9
-Whacker 3.0-3.9
-Smacker 4.0-4.9

This is SOCIAL and team tennis! We want to make clear that we DO combine skill levels to create new teams. The idea is to be social and have everyone play, even when there cannot be stand alone divisions. So your team may have 1 Hacker, 4 Whackers and 1 Smacker. When you play similar teams, you match up based on skill level to have the most enjoyment. Recommend teams of 6. Teams can play with 2 guys 2 gals as ideal but can play less also without forfeiting match.

Welcome to our Sand Volleyball Tournament Series! We have monthly tournaments that offer you a chance to win BIG!

How It Works:
Sign up for as many tournaments as you want during the year. Your team will earn points based on how you finish in each tournament. The team with the most points at the end of the series will win a bar tab! $25 from every team entry will be added to the end of the series prize pool. We will update the total as it goes along. Winners of each individual tournament will receive a trophy, so even if you only play once, your team can still win!
1st place- 3 points
2nd place- 2 points
3rd place- 1 point
Total points are added up throughout the series, so the more you play, the bigger your chance of winning the whole thing!

Tournament Details:
- Pool play style with three game guarantee
- Games to 15, win by 2, 17 cap
- Best 2 out of 3
- Games every 30 min
- Coed teams must have 3:3 male-female ratio

Weather:
Should the tournament have to be shortened for weather, if at least 1/2 the matches have been played, the tournament shall be considered completed and the winning team will be determined by best overall record. If 1/2 the matches have not been played, the "rain-date" policy shall be in effect. Should the tournament be canceled due to weather, the "rain-date" for this event is May 29th. If your team is unable to attend, you may opt to receive full credit for a future tournament in the next twelve months OR receive a 50% refund. If the "rain-date" is also canceled, full refunds to participating teams shall be processed.

Welcome to our Sand Volleyball Tournament Series! We have monthly tournaments that offer you a chance to win BIG!

How It Works:
Sign up for as many tournaments as you want during the year. Your team will earn points based on how you finish in each tournament. The team with the most points at the end of the series will win a bar tab! $25 from every team entry will be added to the end of the series prize pool. We will update the total as it goes along. Winners of each individual tournament will receive a trophy, so even if you only play once, your team can still win!
1st place- 3 points
2nd place- 2 points
3rd place- 1 point
Total points are added up throughout the series, so the more you play, the bigger your chance of winning the whole thing!

Should the tournament have to be shortened for weather, if at least 1/2 the matches have been played, the tournament shall be considered completed and the winning team will be determined by best overall record. If 1/2 the matches have not been played, the "rain-date" policy shall be in effect. Should the tournament be canceled due to weather, the "rain-date" for this event is July 10th. If your team is unable to attend, you may opt to receive full credit for a future tournament in the next twelve months OR receive a 50% refund. If the "rain-date" is also canceled, full refunds to participating teams shall be processed.

Welcome to our Sand Volleyball Tournament Series! We have monthly tournaments that offer you a chance to win BIG!

How It Works:
Sign up for as many tournaments as you want during the year. Your team will earn points based on how you finish in each tournament. The team with the most points at the end of the series will win a bar tab! $25 from every team entry will be added to the end of the series prize pool. We will update the total as it goes along. Winners of each individual tournament will receive a trophy, so even if you only play once, your team can still win!
1st place- 3 points
2nd place- 2 points
3rd place- 1 point
Total points are added up throughout the series, so the more you play, the bigger your chance of winning the whole thing!

Fees:
-Team Fee
*$18.75 per player during for standard roster
*Standard team roster of 8 players
*Extra player fees = $10 for more than 10 players on roster

-Individual
*$25 registration fee per player
*Individuals are placed on a team with other individuals or similar skill levels.
*If you want your friends to be placed together, it is fine to register as individuals and reference each other for same team placement. Note that we cannot guarantee same team placement based on supply and demand. And you may also have additional players added to fill roster. If you want to control your roster, register as a full team.
*Maximum roster size of 10 but most individual teams have 6-8 players.

Tournament Details:
- Pool play style with three game guarantee
- Games to 15, win by 2, 17 cap
- Best 2 out of 3
- Games every 30 min
- Coed teams must have 3:3 male-female ratio

Weather:
Should the tournament have to be shortened for weather, if at least 1/2 the matches have been played, the tournament shall be considered completed and the winning team will be determined by best overall record. If 1/2 the matches have not been played, the "rain-date" policy shall be in effect. Should the tournament be canceled due to weather, the "rain-date" for this event is Aug 28th. If your team is unable to attend, you may opt to receive full credit for a future tournament in the next twelve months OR receive a 50% refund. If the "rain-date" is also canceled, full refunds to participating teams shall be processed.
